WHO we Are, HOW we Work, WHY Feeling comes First.
This Is Feeling is a documentary wedding photo + video collective for couples who want to actually enjoy their wedding day. We document weddings as they unfold—honestly, naturally, and with intention—capturing not only how moments looked, but how they were lived and felt.
Our style is candid with an editorial edge. Our process is calm and supportive. Our priority is simple: we take care of you so you can stay present.

Documentary wedding photo and video for people who want to be Present NOT Perfect.
Documentary wedding photo + video for people who want to be present—not perfect.
Photography isn’t just about images—it’s about experience. Weddings move fast, emotions run high, and expectations can feel overwhelming. We believe the way your wedding is documented should support the day, not control it.
When people feel calm, supported, and understood, they relax. They laugh more freely. They forget the camera is even there. That’s when real moments happen—and that’s what we capture.
What “This Is Feeling” Means
Let’s Talk About Your Day.

THE TEAM
This Is Feeling is a collective of photographers and filmmakers who share the same documentary approach, visual standard, and values. We work as a team that’s aligned in style and process—so your experience feels seamless, and your work stays consistent no matter who is on your coverage. You’ll connect with your lead before the wedding, and you can feel confident knowing the full team is behind the scenes supporting your day.

Ben Chernivsky
Ben founded This Is Feeling on a simple belief: the experience matters just as much as the final image. His approach is documentary at its core—honest, intuitive, and emotionally aware—with an editorial edge that keeps portraits feeling effortless and alive.
Ben is calm in the chaos, clear in communication, and deeply attentive to what matters most to couples. He leads the team with a shared standard of presence, trust, and consistency—so you can feel supported, not managed, from the first conversation through final delivery.

Maloos
Maloos brings a grounded, steady energy to wedding days—warm, calm, and quietly confident. Her documentary style is focused on real connection and the natural rhythm of the day: the glances, the laughter, the movement, the people you love.
She’s the kind of photographer who makes you feel comfortable quickly and gives just enough direction when needed—then disappears so the moment can unfold. Couples consistently describe working with her as easy, relaxed, and fun.

Misa
Misa is observant, thoughtful, and deeply detail-driven—someone who notices what other people miss. His work leans into quiet honesty: subtle emotion, meaningful composition, and images that feel lived-in rather than staged.
He has a calm presence that helps people relax without trying, and his documentary approach is paired with an editorial eye that makes the final gallery feel elevated while still completely real.

DEEPAL
Deepal is often the steady throughline behind the scenes—helping couples feel organized, supported, and understood long before the wedding day arrives. She brings warmth, clarity, and a people-first approach to every interaction.
Behind the camera, her work is intuitive and emotionally grounded, focused on capturing authentic connection with care and intention.

Philip
Philip approaches weddings with a calm, observant presence and a deep appreciation for the in-between moments. His documentary style is rooted in connection, emotion, and the quiet rhythm of the day as it unfolds.
Couples often note how at ease they feel around him—and how naturally their story comes through in the final images.

SAMUEL
Samuel creates an experience where couples can relax and be themselves. His approach is candid and unobtrusive, with light prompting when needed to help genuine moments surface naturally.
He focuses on ease over performance, allowing personalities, movement, and emotion to lead the story.

Jeremy
Jeremy’s work is intuitive, visceral, and rooted in trust. He focuses on building quick rapport so couples can forget the camera and stay present in the moment.
His documentary approach captures intimacy and emotion as they happen—honest, raw, and unforced.

AUDREY
Audrey brings a thoughtful, grounded energy to her work—quietly observant and deeply attuned to emotion. Her photography is focused on people, connection, and the subtle beauty of real moments.
Her presence is calm and reassuring, helping couples feel comfortable while their story unfolds naturally.

ISAAC
Isaac brings warmth, ease, and a laid-back presence to wedding days. He observes carefully, capturing moments with authenticity and care while keeping the experience light and comfortable.
His work centers on connection, joy, and creating images that feel personal and lasting.
WHAT IS A COLLECTIVE?
(and why it benefits you!)
Rather than relying on a single individual, we work as an aligned team—so your experience feels seamless from the first conversation through the wedding day.
What that means for you:
You’ll still get to connect with your lead photographer before the wedding. And behind the scenes, the full team is working together to support your day.
AMAZING
“Exceptional team delivering timeless imagery and heartfelt storytelling. Our wedding memories were captured perfectly.” — Peyton and Connor
